Xu Chu turns down a card for damage: activate the skill and his Attacks and Duels hit one harder this turn. He shines as a finisher who can punch through a single Defense and close out wounded targets — a great Loyalist enforcer or front-line Rebel. The cost is real: he draws one fewer card, so over-using it leaves him card-starved.
