Twice per turn, an Attack that cannot be dodged: (1) at turn start, skip judgement + draw to use an Attack; (2) in your play phase, discard an equipment card to use an Attack.

Xiahou Yuan is Wei's blitzer. Rush lets him make up to two extra Attacks a turn that simply cannot be dodged — one by skipping his judgement and draw phases at turn start, one by burning an equipment card in his play phase. Neither costs an Attack card, and neither can be answered by a Dodge or Eight Trigrams, so he converts tempo and gear directly into guaranteed damage — brutal at closing out a wounded target or a low-HP Lord. His weakness is the price: skipping draw starves his hand, and spending equipment strips his own defenses, so a Xiahou Yuan who Rushes every turn burns himself out. Play him as a finisher — hoard cards until a kill is on the table, then rush it down.
