Once per play phase, choose a player whose attack range contains you: they must Attack you, or lose a card.

Awakening, once per game. At the start of your turn with no hand cards: recover 1 health or draw 2 cards, then lose 1 max health and gain Stargaze.

Jiang Wei wins by asking questions the table cannot afford to answer. Taunt is a card-free demand aimed at anyone whose weapon reaches him: an armed seat must either burn its Attack on him — into the hand he kept his Defenses in — or discard a card for nothing. Point it at the seat whose weapon threatens your team, at the Crossbow seat before its barrage turn, or at anyone one card from their hand limit. He starts as a plain 4-health fighter, so spend the early game hoarding Defenses and letting his hand run down; the moment a turn begins with his hand empty, Legacy wakes: heal or draw, trade the point of max health, and inherit Stargaze. From then on he plays the late game his mentor did — five cards foreseen every turn, Lightning dodged, judgements rigged. His weakness is the awakening itself: an empty hand is an invitation, and until Legacy fires he is a hero with one skill and no draw engine. Awaken him too late and the point of max health buys nothing.
