Zhang Fei ignores the one-Attack-per-turn limit, so a hand full of Attacks lets him chain hit after hit. He is a brutal Rebel finisher or a Lord who punishes anyone in range. His weakness is needing the cards and targets to attack, plus skilled defenders who simply Dodge the flood.
