Locked. When you become the target of an Attack, it has no effect on you unless its user discards a basic card.

You may skip your play phase; if you do, at the end of the turn you may discard one hand card and choose another player: they take an extra turn after this one.

Lord awakening. At the start of your turn, if your health is the (tied-)lowest at the table: +1 max health, recover 1, and gain Rally.

Liu Shan taxes aggression instead of blocking it. Revelry makes every Attack aimed at him cost a basic card on top of the card itself — attackers with thin hands simply stop bothering, and the ones who pay are bleeding twice per swing. He starts at 3 health, so the shield is the body. Delegate is the engine: skipping his own play phase looks like weakness, but handing the extra turn to the table's scariest ally — a Crossbow seat mid-rampage, a healer one Peach short, a lord about to awaken — converts his worst phase into someone else's best. As Lord, Feigned Folly waits for the moment his health dips to the table's lowest, then pays back a point of maximum health, a heal, and the Rally command for the rest of the game. Play him as the patient center of a team: soak the toll, delegate the tempo, and let the fool's mask do the work. Alone, with no ally worth a turn, Delegate is dead weight and the 3-health body shows.
