เมตตา Benevolence
ในเฟสเล่นไพ่ มอบไพ่ในมือกี่ใบก็ได้ให้ผู้เล่นคนอื่นที่ยังมีชีวิต ทีละใบ เมื่อมอบครบ 2 ใบขึ้นไปในเทิร์นเดียว จะฟื้น HP 1 หน่วยหนึ่งครั้งต่อเทิร์น (เฉพาะตอนที่ HP ยังไม่เต็ม)
During your play phase, hand any number of your cards to other living players, one at a time. After you give 2 or more cards in a turn, you heal 1 HP once that turn (only if below your max).

Liu Bei shines as the Lord: Rally lets his Shu allies attack for him while Benevolence feeds them cards and quietly heals him. He is also a superb Loyalist support, hand-pumping a wounded Lord. His weakness is offense and self-defense, so keep allies close and never empty your own hand.
