Festival Party: delayed card placed on target seat (range unlimited but not on yourself). At target's next turn-start they judge — if not Heart, they skip their Play phase. Can be Negated.

Drop it on the scariest seat right before their turn. Unless they judge a Heart, they can't act all turn — no Attack, no tricks — though they still draw and discard. It's a Rebel's tool to smother the Lord's big turn, or anyone's answer to self-reliant aggro heroes like เตียวหุย, ลิโป้, or ม้าเฉียว whose whole value lives on their own turn. Unlimited range reaches clear across the table.

Pair it with สุมาอี้, whose judgment-fixing ลิขิต can guarantee a non-Heart and lock the skip in. Or stack it with ขวางทางเสบียง on the same victim — one blanks their draw, the other blanks their play, near-freezing a whole turn. ขงเบ้ง's ดูดาว can also rig the top of the deck so the judge lands your way.

ปัดป้อง cancels it the moment it triggers — hold one back if you can see a party coming. สุมาอี้ can flip the judge to a Heart and walk free, while ขงเบ้ง's ดูดาว can arrange a Heart on top of the deck. You can also ทำลาย the card straight out of your judgment zone before your turn begins, ending it before it ever resolves.
