Twin Swords: weapon, range 2. When you name a target of the opposite gender for your Attack, they choose: discard a hand card, or let you draw one.

Only bites when the target is the opposite gender, which makes it a read on the table rather than a flat upgrade: against a female-heavy seat spread a male wielder mills the whole room a card at a time. Both branches favour you, so there is never a reason to hold it back — the target simply picks which way to pay.
