By playing Samkok Kin Reab at samkok.online ("the game"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. The service

Samkok Kin Reab is a free, browser-based card game provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

2. Accounts

You may play anonymously or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others or share accounts to abuse the service.

3. Fair play & conduct

No cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, or interfering with the servers.
No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in names or chat.
We may suspend or remove access for violations.

4. Support & purchases

Support is voluntary and processed by Ko-fi. The game is free to play and never pay-to-win — purchases only grant cosmetics, supporter recognition, and similar non-gameplay perks.
Supporter / Founder perks and virtual items are a limited licence to use within the game, not property, and may change over time.
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refund questions: hello@samkok.online.

5. Intellectual property

The game's name, code, art, skill names, and card text are our original work. The Three Kingdoms / Romance of the Three Kingdoms setting and its historical figures are public domain. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute our assets without permission.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

7. Termination

You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
