This Privacy Policy explains what data Samkok Kin Reab ("we", "the game") collects when you play at samkok.online, and how we use it. Questions: hello@samkok.online.

1. Information we collect

Google sign-in (optional): if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture.
Gameplay data: match history, results, the heroes you played, and your win/loss stats, linked to your player ID.
Device data: if you play without signing in, a random device identifier stored in your browser lets you keep your local stats. We also store your language and session preferences in your browser.
Technical logs: our server may log IP addresses, timestamps, and error information to operate and secure the service.
Payments: if you support us, payment is processed by Ko-fi and its processors (Stripe / PayPal). We do not receive or store your card details — only confirmation of your support and the display name you choose to show.

2. How we use it

To run the game, match you with other players, and save your records.
To recognise supporters and founders (name flair / credits) when you opt in.
To prevent cheating and abuse and to keep the service stable and secure.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the providers that run the service: Google (sign-in), Ko-fi and its payment processors (support payments), and our hosting / database provider. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage (not advertising cookies) for your device ID, language, and sign-in session. Google sign-in may set its own cookies as described in Google's privacy policy.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your records are active. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and similar laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@samkok.online and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Significant changes will be announced in-game or on Discord.
